1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the RIDO mobile application (“App”). By using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into contracts. Use of the App by anyone under 16 is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Booking and Partner Services

RIDO allows Customers to book trips and Partners to offer travel itineraries. RIDO is not a travel agency; we act as a platform to connect users.

5. Payments and Fees

All payments are processed through third-party gateways. RIDO does not store payment details. By booking, you authorize RIDO and its partners to charge applicable fees.

6. Cancellation and Refund

Refer to the separate RIDO Cancellation & Refund Policy for details on cancellations and eligibility for refunds.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the app for unlawful purposes
  • Harass or impersonate others
  • Tamper with the app’s functionality or security

8. Suspension or Termination

RIDO may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or misuse of the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

RIDO is not liable for delays, third-party service issues, or loss incurred due to usage of the app. Services are provided “as is” without warranties.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
