1. Cancellation by Customers

Customers may cancel booked rides through the RIDO mobile app.

  • Full Refund: If a cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the scheduled trip start time, the customer is eligible for a full refund.
  • No Refund: If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled trip start time, no refund will be issued.

Example: If your ride is scheduled for Friday at 10:00 AM, you must cancel before Wednesday at 10:00 AM to receive a refund.

2. How to Cancel

Cancellations must be made via the RIDO app under “My Trips” > “Manage Booking.” A confirmation message will appear upon successful cancellation, and a copy will be sent to your registered email or phone number.

3. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
